How do we register for your classes?

Once registration opens, you will register for our classes through our Registration button at the top of the website. Do not create a new profile. You will use the same username and email that you have used in the past with First Tee.

What are the cost of your sessions?

First Tee believes golf should be accessible to everyone and we have generous donors who make this possible by off-setting our registration fees to keep them low. Session costs range between $60-$125 depending on the level. Little Chippers classes are $10. Scholarships are also available for all of our classes.

What kind of schedule can we expect?

We are still working through these details. We will begin with a summer program in Butler and Warren Counties in 2021 and we will grow each year. If you are looking for spring and fall classes, you are welcome to join any of our locations! Meadow Links is likely the most convenient of our current locations to those families north of the city.

Aside from on course programs, what does your chapter offer?

We believe that golf should be accessible AND inclusive. We collaborate with other organizations to make golf and its inherent values available to all kids and continue each year to add other organizations.

  • Els for Autism – In 2019, we became the 17th First Tee Chapter to become an Els for Autism site. Each year we hold clinics and classes at different local area courses.
  • Special Olympics of Hamilton County – We have an entire class each summer for kids with Special Olympics of Hamilton County.
  • SCRATCHgolf – Since 2016, we have held an annual golf camp for kids with heart conditions who may not be able to play other sports but must remain fit and active. These continue taking classes with us throughout the year.
  • A Kid Again – In 2020, we joined A Kid Again to host an event for this organization that provides recreational therapy to improve the lives of children with life-threatening conditions and their families.

If you know of anyone who would benefit from these programs, please contact us for more information!

Do you hold LPGA Girls Golf programs?

Yes! We are an LPGA Girls Golf site and hold classes each year. Stay tuned for our schedule and more information.

Are their other events or opportunities for our kids to get involved?

In February, we will have an updated list of opportunities for kids. In the past this has included discounts to local tournaments and free handicaps for Birdie, Eagle and Ace students through our partnership with the GCGA. Various volunteer opportunities are available for our participants throughout the year. Upper level participants are also encouraged to assist in classes through our Jr. Coach Program. Paid internship opportunities are also available each year for First Tee students.

Where are you located?

Our offices are located at 4747 Playfield Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45226. This clubhouse serves as our home base for meetings, some events, as well as the Reeves GC programming location.

Where are your teaching locations?

Why should families join us?

We love that kids can grow up with our chapter. From our excited 5 & 6 year olds in Little Chippers to our teens in Birdie, Eagle and Ace, we hope all of our kids feel at home when at our classes and events. We recognize that as kids get older, their time is limited and we are grateful for every minute they spend with us. As we honor our seniors each year, we listen to their inspiring stories of the impact First Tee has had on them. For most of our seniors, over half of their life has been spent at First Tee. That’s incredible! We hope your family will join our classes and your will kids grow up with us, surrounded by mentors, new friends and their soon to be biggest fans.
